Angels in Goliad RV Park Rules
Howdy! Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate it more than you know. In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we've laid out some ground rules to help things run nice and smooth. We strive to be as reasonable as human beings as a we can. And we really like it when other reasonable human beings come and stay with us. It just makes life better. So join us in this reasonable human being movement. Let's enjoy ourselves and respect thy neighbors. If you ever need anything don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always happy to help you. And if you could abide by these simple commandments, this park just may reach utopia status.
Site Reservation : While we do reserve a specific site number for our guests at time of booking, we also reserve the right to move your reservation to another site prior to arrival. We will do everything within our power to prevent this from happening (and it's very rare that we will do this), however, we provide priority to longer term stays and may need to make adjustments to accommodate. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. All our guests are very important to us and it's our top priority to make you happy. Take comfort in knowing that we will not overbook our park and no matter what there will be a site available for your stay if you made a reservation in advance. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Payments / Cancellations / Refunds : All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you cancel your reservation within 1-7 days of the arrival date of your reservation, you will receive a 25% refund of your deposit.
If you cancel within 8-14 days of the arrival date of your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
If you cancel within 15-30 days of the arrival date of your reservation, you will receive a 75% refund of your deposit.
If you cancel 31 days or greater from the arrival date of your reservation, you will receive a 90% refund of your deposit.
For guests looking to extend their stay, payment is due in full at time of booking an extension (if available).
WiFi Access and Support : WiFi passcode will be delivered to you via confirmation email. If you are experiencing any wifi issues, please do not hesitate to contact us., With that said, for most effective and guest specific solutions, we have employed a WiFi network manager (Tengo Internet) that can assist you with all connection issues 24hr/7days a week. They can be reached at (801) 919-8062. If they are unable to resolve your issue, please let us know and we will personally escalate the matter with them to see what can be done. We pay a lot of money for this WiFi system and we expect a quality experience for all our guests just as you expect it from us!! :)
Quiet Hours : Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please respect your neighbor. And if your neighbor ain't respecting you, please let me know.
Speed Limit : Speed limit throughout the park is 10MPH. At all times! :) Slow your roll. No need to burn rubber.
Check In/Out : Check in time is 1pm. Check out time is 10am for all guests.
We cannot guarantee the same RV Site/Cabin if you choose to extend your stay, but we'll darn sure try our best to make it happen 😊 Please check with the office as soon as you can to see about possible extensions.
Timely Payment : Timely Payment: We ask that all site fees be paid in full prior to arrival, at time of move in or on 1st day of new rental period (unless another arrangement has been worked out with management prior to arrival, move in or end of grace period for new rental period).
• For monthly guests, there is a 3-day grace period for payment (including weekends). A late fee of 10% will be applied to balance owed on 4th day and an additional $5/day thereafter. If full payment of balance owed is not received by 7th day, the guest will be asked to vacate the park on or before that 7th day.
• For weekly guests, there is a 1-day grace period for payment (including weekends). A late fee of $15 will be applied to balance owed on 2nd day and an additional $5/day thereafter. If full payment of balance owed is not received by 3rd day, the guest will be asked to vacate the park immediately.
• For daily guests, there is no grace period for payment. You are considered late if your rent is not received by your “would be” check out date from the last payment made. If full payment of balance owed is not received 11am of check out date, the guest will be asked to vacate the park immediately.
Pets : PETS MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE PARK. Please pick up all pet droppings immediately. Also, we really like the park quiet and your neighbors probably do too. So please try to keep your pet's noise level down, especially during quiet hours. Please DO NOT LEAVE DOGS OUTSIDE UNATTENDED. Do NOT bathe pets in park bathrooms or laundry room. There is a limit of two pets per site. The park has zero tolerance for aggressive pet behavior and park guest(s)/pet(s) will be asked to leave immediately if aggressive pet behavior occurs. No refund will be granted. The safety of our guest(s) is of utmost importance and we feel this no tolerance stance on aggressive pet behavior is critical to that. We hope you understand.
Children : Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and financially responsible for any damages incurred by their children. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by their parents while in the park.
Guests : RV site rates include 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16. Children under 3 years of age are free. Extra person charges are $3/day/extra person for daily sites. $21/week/extra person for weekly sites, and $60/extra person month for monthly sites (4 adults allowed, maximum).
Smoking : ALL buildings are NON-SMOKING. While on property, please dispose of ALL cigarette butts safely in proper containers, not on the grounds. Up to $50 fine for cigarette butts left at site. Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited. C'mon guys, a little bit of care goes such a long way.
Parking : NO PARKING IN THE STREETS, GRASS OR LANDSCAPED AREAS AT ANY TIME. NO PARKING ON VACANT OR UNDEVELOPED SITES. Parking at sites only. Parking fines are $25 per incident. I prefer no fines and accidents happen. This rule is here that individual that pushes me to the edge :)
Vehicles and Trailers : Limit of two (2) vehicles permitted per site. Additional vehicles are $7 per week and $25.00 per month. Boats, utility, automobile, or boat trailers can be stored here. All must be parked in the designated storage area. Storage fees will vary. Inquire within. We'll make a deal with you.
RV Site : KEEP GRASS FREE OF ANY AND ALL ITEMS. Please respect this rule, it's a real pet peeve of mine. Damage fees may apply for rutting grass. All sites must be kept neat and tidy, nothing is to be stored under the RV or around the RV site. Do not hang towels/ clothes outside your RV or post "For Sale" signs on your RV/vehicles. Clean up fee of $25 will be applied if grass is stained with oil, algae or other contaminants. No personal swimming pools or hot tubs allowed on site.
RV Condition : We ask that your RV be in reasonably good condition. If you think your camper is in questionable condition, please call and ask prior to arrival. More importantly is the individuals inside the camper. We want friendly people that keep their site clean and respect thy neighbors. That's more important than the rig to us.
Washing : You may wash your own vehicle for a fee : cars $7.00 and RV's $15.00. Please pay in the office.
Refunds : Refunds will be addressed on a case by case basis. I'm a reasonable human and will work with you when possible. If you choose to shorten your stay or have to be asked to leave due to violations of rules, there likely will be no refund. Deposits for monthly site rental reservations are non-fundable.
Termination : Disregard for any of the above rules which are designed for safety, convenience, and a clean resort will be sufficient reason for terminating a camper's stay without additional notice. We don't want to do this. Please play nice :)
By law, Angels in Goliad RV Park is a service oriented business and therefore, we do not have a landlord/tenant relationship/agreement with any daily/weekly/monthly guests. The Park will not be responsible for theft or injury occurring during your stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The owner, management or office personnel of the Park are in no way liable for any damage to the personal possessions of the tenants or their guests.
